How do our services work?

Prepaid recurring contracts

Hours do not rollover so I always recommend starting with LESS hours than you think you might need.

Hours can be used for different tasks, team or family members, personal or business, as things come up. There is no need to tell me ahead of time.

An introductory call via video conference is a must to discuss everything in detail. We'll figure out which contract and package to start with and then the fun begins!

What are the contract options?

We offer 2 month minimum, 6 month minimum and ongoing packages.

Pricing varies depending on contract / hours selected.

All contracts require a 30 day written notice to decrease or cancel services.

What forms of payment do we accept?

All major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, PayPal (transaction fees apply)

CashApp, Bill.com, Ramp

What are our hours of availability?
